I took twelve Yale students to Brazil for two months. We stayed in three cities: São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. We have three hour classes every day, followed by visits to businesses, cultural events, after school programs, etc.
Responsible for the program of studies/syllabi, coordinated travel arrangements, organized field trips to businesses, cultural events, after school programs, etc. and maintained the accounting of the program.
